HOW DO I PURCHASE A TICKET?

You can place your order via our website HERE or call on 0208 922 8638, and we can take all the details over the telephone and answer any questions you might have.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATIONS POLICY?

Cancellations for whatever reason that fall within 48 hours of commencement of your booking will be charged in full. Staffing at all venues is based on ratios between teachers and children, so it is necessary to safeguard against late cancellations. This includes any dates that are not attended for any reason.​

 

WHAT WILL THE CHILDREN DO ON THE DAY?

We aim to introduce the children to various activities throughout each week, including stitching, safely using a sewing machine and other pieces of equipment, making their own designs, clothes cutting and sticking, and many more. We engage with these activities by teaching key skills through lots of fun games and teamwork, and we break up the day with some arts and crafts.

 

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS ​

If you need to change your booking in any way, please get in touch as you cannot do this yourself; no changes may be made within 48 hours of the booking commencing. ​

 

DISCOUNTS ​

We offer a 10% early bird discount (when all sessions are booked in advance). This is automatically applied at checkout. ​

 

WAITLIST​

Should we open up some more spaces, you will receive an email or phone call confirming your place. We will let you know as soon as we can. Once your place is confirmed, we will notify you of your place.

 

GROUPS

On jam-packed days at the workshop, we can often divide the class into 2 or 3 different age groups. However, we understand and appreciate how best friends and siblings often like to remain together, so please mention this to the staff on the day, and we’ll do our best to keep them together!

We take ratios very seriously and are a key component in a safe and well-run workshop, so that’s why we self-impose a ratio of 1:7 across all venues.

 

PICKUP'S

If you need to pick up your children early,  please let the staff know at drop-off, so they know to expect you early. The children will be busily engaged in activities when you arrive, so there will be a little wait while they wrap up for the day.

 

LATE PICKUP'S

We understand sometimes, circumstance may cause some issues when it's time to collect your children. So we will allow 15mins for parents to arrive late. After that, a fee of £5 every 15mins will be a charge.
