Below are some of our most frequently asked questions, please read them carefully as these form part of our terms of purchase, by purchasing you agree to the following.

How long will my order take?

Personalised arrangement boxes take 6-10 working days. The cut off time for this service is midday on the day you place your order. If you place your order after midday your order will be processed the following working day.

If you are placing your order more than 5 days in advance and would like a specific delivery date please email any special requirements to order@cherishedblossoms.com

Delivery dates are subject to stock levels.

 Where do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales including internationally. At present we do not ship to PO Boxes and APO’s/ Military bases or barracks and in some cases larger commercial estates. Please contact us by telephone on 0208 922 8638 to discuss your requirements.

 Preserved Roses: Are they real roses?

Yes, our preserved roses are real roses that have been preserved in special oils to live for 1 year or more. As such roses may display colour differences from rose to rose.

How often do I need to water them?

None! Not a drop! Never water your roses. You’ll find full care instructions attached to your order; your Cherished Blossoms require zero maintenance!

How long do they live?

Treated with care they should live for 1 year. Please note however we do not offer any guarantee on preserved roses only our fresh roses of 7 days from delivery.

How do they live for a year?

By using clever flower preservation process our preserved roses stay as beautiful as the day they were cut. When they reach their peak of growth each rose has their sap replaced with a moisturising preservative which keeps them soft and supple with the look and feel of a fresh rose but with a 12 month extended life. Please note the roses have no fragrance and must not be sprayed with any perfume or sprays they are for aesthetic purposes only.

What colours are available?

We have many colours available from hot pink, deep royal blue to pearly white. Please contact us if you are looking for a specific colour and we will be happy to assist.

What maintenance do they need?

None. Just follow these simple care instructions which also come attached to your roses for future reference…

– Never water preserved roses.

– Keep them away from direct sunlight.

– Avoid spraying hairspray, air freshener or aerosols near them as this can affect their colour.

– Avoid excessive handling – roses are very fragile.

How will my roses arrive?

Our roses come in cellophane gift wrap and tied with ribbon to compliment your order ready to give to your loved one. Attached are care instructions and a message card ready to be presented to that special someone (If you requested a personalised note). We will leave the card blank if no message is entered at checkout. We do not include invoices with our rose deliveries.

Can I take the roses out of their hatbox or dome?

Our rose heads are fixed into their hatboxes, they’re not designed to be removed or altered. They are happy and content being displayed in their luxury box and are meant to stay inside for their entire lifespan.

How many roses to do I get in a box?

Roses are a natural product and rose colours can vary slightly in size. We always fill each of our boxes until they are full and look aesthetically pleasing.

Can I cancel or amend my order once placed?

All orders are bespoke made to your specific requirements. As such cherished Blossoms does not refund once an order has been placed. Amendments are, on occasion, possible during less busy periods and a request to amend your order must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing your order to info@cherishedblossoms.com. 

Strictly one amendment per order, In the unlikely event of a fault with your roses please email us along with your order number and photographs strictly within 48 hours of receiving your order. We aim to respond within 24 hours, any items being returned to us are solely the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend sending your roses via a trusted courier on a tracked and insured method, as such they remain the property of the purchaser until received by us. Packaging your items securely remains your responsibility and all returns must be sent using all original Cherished Blossoms packaging. Item must be unused and undamaged. On receipt and inspection we will contact you and where appropriate issue a credit note or refund less deliveries costs.


Please not we do not accept returns on bespoke orders. Additionally no guarantee is given on preserved roses. We offer a 7 day life on all fresh roses * with normal deterioration towards days 5-7. Any issues or problems with your order must be notified to us in writing via email to info@cherishedblossoms.com strictly within 48 hours of your order being signed for. In the event of an issue with your order we will request your order number, clear images and a contact email for an enquiry form to be sent so we can understand any discrepancies. Please note for data protection we can only deal with the person who placed the order.

How do I place my order?

You can place your order via our website HERE or call on 0208 922 8638 and we can take all the details over the telephone and answer any questions you might have.

Can my roses go outside?

No. Our preserved, fresh and synthetic roses are all indoor flowers and meant for decorative purposes only.

Please note Cherished Blossoms® is the sole and complete owner of the ‘Cherished Blossoms®’ trademark. Additionally, all images (IF NOT IT WILL BE STATED) on our website and social media are strictly copy written and we will enforce action against any unauthorised use. 


Standard Deliveries

Our standard UK delivery is weekday Monday to Friday and arrived by courier before midday. Our courier will be able to provide you a 1 hour time slot the day before delivery via email please ensure you enter correct email contact details at checkout for this to reach you. In addition Cherished Blossoms will send you tracking information and an email notification to say your order is ready for dispatch. We deliver most of our designs (excluding fresh) worldwide. Please select your country at checkout. Please note Cherished Blossoms is not responsible for any incurred additional costs to you to receive your order such as customs. All and any additional fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

We also deliver within the UK weekends (Saturday’s and Sunday’s). Please ensure you select the weekend delivery supplement at checkout. Weekend delivery is £25.00 within the UK. If you select standard delivery at checkout but select a weekend date from the calendar we will ship to you the next working week day (Monday – Friday).

Please note our personalised preserved rose boxes are bespoke made and usually take 3-5 working days (this may be extended during busier periods).

We deliver either by hand, Royal Mail or by courier depending on your location. We will keep you informed via email or text of your delivery status and tracking information and of your 1 hour delivery slot (courier deliveries) the day before we are due to deliver.

In the event your order is returned to us as ‘unsuccessfully delivered’ for any reason we will charge a re-delivery fee payable before a second attempt can be made.

Express Delivery

We offer Express delivery (next day service) on our personalised Rose boxes when ordered by 11am. Please select ‘Express Delivery’ at checkout.

We ship our orders anywhere in the UK and now internationally using a trusted TAPA accredited carrier or in some cases by hand. On smaller orders under the value of £30 we may use Royal Mail recorded mail.

Any amendments to delivery address must be made by 13:00 the working day before the due delivery date. After 13:00 we are unable to amend any delivery details.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery. If there is no-one available to take delivery they may attempt to leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this, or to confirm the parcel has been returned to the local depot. If this is the case you can contact them to re-schedule delivery or collect from them. Our carrier will contact you with a one hour time slot the day before delivery which can be amended by clicking the link sent by them in your text message or email.


We regret we do not ship to; PO boxes, APO’s, military bases or barracks, Doddle or Amazon collection points and also some larger commercial premises.

In some cases stock may not be available; if this is the case we will contact you via telephone or e-mail within 24 hours.

No orders will be processed on national holidays or weekends. These will be processed the following working day. Delivery times are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries. Cherished Blossoms is not responsible for any delays caused by bad weather, air or postal strikes, or by destination customs clearance.
